Where can I find Nutritional Information for your dishes? +

We don’t currently provide Nutritional Information for our menu. While our focus is on providing better-for-you dishes, we focus on creating dishes that can accommodate various health-conscious dietary lifestyles (such as Whole30, Vegan, Vegetarian, Ketogenic & Paleo) which focus more closely on the quality of what you eat, versus the quantity (calories, micros & macros).

While we know there are many schools of thought when it comes to “healthy eating” we support intuitive eating and are happy to help you modify our dishes to fit your specific lifestyle.
